Guide of the EOS REX
1. What’s REX and Why REX?
REX (Resource Exchange) is a resource market that can meet the demand, where the EOS token holders can lease out tokens in return for “rent”, and the Dapps can lease resources they need with less cost.
For EOS holders：Earn an income via put your spare EOS tokens in REX instead of just keep it on your EOS account.
For EOS Dapps：Lease as much resources as you need at a decent price instead of stake EOS for resources in 1:1 ratio.
2. How to make a profit in REX?
# For EOS holders
Step 1: Deposit REX Fund
You need to deposit REX Fund with EOS tokens first, which you can withdraw it back anytime.
Step 2: Buy REX
The REX can be purchased through REX Fund, and vote for a proxy or a minimum of 21 Block Producers is required before you buy it.
Step 3: Sell REX
You will have 4 days waiting period once it turns to REX from REX Fund. After that, Selling REX is permitted.
# For EOS Dapps
Step 1: Deposit REX Fund
You need to deposit REX Fund with EOS tokens first, which you can withdraw it back anytime.
Step 2: Borrow CPU/NET
Then you can borrow CPU/NET with REX Fund with less cost compared with stake resources, and renew the monthly plan at the same payment amount, which is optional.
3. When REX and Where to REX?
The REX is expected to be available next week and you can check the process on https://eosauthority.com/rex. Once it deployed on the main net you can use it on https://rex.tokenpocket.pro on PC, or access it on TokenPocket on your mobile phone.

4. Q&A
What’s the benefit of holding the REX?
REX will be deployed on the account eosio.rex as a system contract. The value of REX tokens increases when the asset on eosio.rex account keeps raise from getting rent, name bids, and ram fees.
Are my tokens locked when it turns to REX?
After the initial 4-day, you can withdraw it back to EOS tokens instantly. Beware that there is a potential 30-day wait to in case of a liquidity crunch.
Do I still control the tokens？
Yes, the tokens still under your account, and you maintain full control of your EOS.
