Migrate to lastest OKExChain

Please update your TokenPocket Wallet to latest version. The tutorial is not a financial advice, please do your own risks.

OKExChain has been updated to latest version, whose address will be the same as Ethereum. In order to support this address format update, and support users to use DeFi and DApps. Users need to migrate their OKExChain-Old wallets to the latest OKExChain.

We will introduce 2 kinds of wallets to update to new OKExChain:

1. OKExChain-Old Users
2. Use ‘Wallet Sync’ function

OKExChain-Old Users

Step1:

Open the OKExChain-Old wallet, and you can see the [wallet upgrade] prompt on the upper part of the interface after opening it, and you can see the update prompt content after clicking. 
Attention: 
The wallet upgrade is only the upgrade from the OKExChain-Old with prefix of the ex address to the 0x address. Its assets also need to be converted from KIP10 to KIP20. You need to deposit to the OKEx exchange through the wallet first, and then use the KIP20 channel to withdraw to the wallet.

Step2:

Click [Upgrade Now] to pop up a password verification window, fill in the correct password and click [Confirm], and you will see the toast of successful upgrade.

Step3:

Switch your wallet to New OKExChain wallets, and you can experience on OKExChain Mainnet now. (Old chain assets need to be converted through the OKEx Exchange and withdrawn to the New OKExChain wallet)

‘Wallet Sync’ function:

Let’s use the OKExChain-TEST to make this tutorial, and it is the same as all other Etherem-like chains.

Step1:

Open the OKExChain-TEST wallet, click [Details] to enter the wallet details page, and click [Wallet Sync].

Step2:

The wallet supports multiple networks synchronization, which can be common such as [Ethereum] [Binance Smart Chain] [OKEx Test Chain] [Hoo Smart Chain] [Huobi Eco Chain], or it can be the chain added by a custom network. Select the OKExChain public chain that needs to be synchronized, and click [Start Sync] to prompt that the synchronization is successful.

Step3:

Switch wallet in the left top corner, select the synchronized new OKExChain in the [Wallet List], find the just synchronized wallet and open it to use it normally.
