TP Courses 10 — How to choose a chain when transferring?
There is a option of the transfer chain when you withdraw from the exchange to the wallet or from the wallet to the exchange. The chain here usually refers to the corresponding blockchain network or Token protocol type.
Tokens may be issued on multiple public chains, so, there is the corresponding chain to choose (that is, protocols) according to the different public chains.
The commonly used chains are as following:
- ERC20 chain — Ethereum wallet (ETH)
- BEP20/BSC chain — BscScan wallet (BNB)
- HECO chain — HecoInfo wallet (HT)
- OKExChain — OKExChain wallet (OKT)
- TRC20 Chain — TRONSCAN wallet (TRX)
If the withdrawal chain is selected incorrectly, what you need to do is importing the private key or mnemonic phrase into the corresponding chain for returning the assets. Currently, common EVM chains on the market include BSC, HECO, OKExChain, HSC, etc.
